MMOexp Borderlands 4: Locating and Opening the Vault Door

Structurally, the Carcadia Burn Vault resembles the Fadefields Vault you may have already cleared. Yet the atmosphere, puzzle-solving, and especially the boss fight demand a very different approach. Radix tests your mobility, battlefield awareness, and ability to sustain damage against constant pressure. If you're ready to dive in, this guide covers everything: where to find the three fragments, how to activate the Vault door, and the best tactics to bring Radix down. Finding the Carcadia Burn Vault Key Fragments Fragment #1 – Yawning Yard, Lopside Region The first fragment lies in the Yawning Yard area of the Lopside region. To reach it quickly, fast-travel to the Makeshift Chalet Safehouse. From there, head directly south until you come across a tall building with a long corridor stretching along its upper floor. Climb the walls to reach the corridor and step inside. At the end, you'll find a dinner table - with the first fragment lodged right in its center. It's an easy grab once you know where to look, but the climb itself can be tricky if you're dodging enemy patrols nearby. Fragment #2 – Wreck of the Last Great Hope, Tonnage Peel The second fragment is tucked away in the Wreck of the Last Great Hope, located west of the Lowrise Safehouse in the Tonnage Peel region. Getting to it requires venturing underground. Multiple tunnel entrances exist, but the southern entrance is the most direct. Once underground, take a right into a corridor lit with red lamps. Look for a small trapdoor on the ground that can be pulled open using your grappling hook. Drop down, and you'll land in a hidden cave where the second fragment rests. Fragment #3 – Ruined Sumplands, near Judgement's Lapse The third and final fragment is found in the Ruined Sumplands. The fastest route is to travel north from the Judgement's Lapse Silo. After arriving, move northwest until you spot a shallow body of water at the lower level of the terrain. Hug the right-hand side and look carefully at the walls for golden spheres embedded in the stone. The fragment is hidden beneath one of these glowing spheres, waiting to be collected. Locating and Opening the Vault Door With all three fragments secured, the next step is to locate the Carcadia Burn Vault door itself. Fast travel to the Grindstone of the Worthy region, ideally by using the Rustical Hurl Silo waypoint if you have it unlocked. From there, head north toward the Vault icon that appears in the center of your map. The altar isn't immediately visible. You'll need to approach the northwest side of the region, where debris and ruined stone obscure the path. Once you get close, the altar emerges from the ground, reacting to the presence of the three fragments. Place them into the slots, and the Carcadia Burn Vault finally opens, granting you access to the dungeon - and the showdown with Radix. Having enough Borderlands 4 Money can help you defeat them easily. How to Defeat Radix, the Primordial Guardian Radix is unlike the earlier dungeon bosses you may have faced. Rather than overwhelming you with one-shot abilities, the fight revolves around consistent pressure, area control, and your ability to manage stamina and dash charges wisely. General Tips Adds (Pangolins): Throughout the encounter, small enemies called pangolins spawn endlessly. They're weak and deal minimal damage, but their real function is to provide "second wind" opportunities if you go into Fight for Your Life mode. Kill them when needed, but don't waste time hunting them all down. Shields: Radix has a large energy shield. Electric weapons are your best choice here, as shock damage melts the barrier much faster than other types. Level Scaling: Radix is always two levels higher than your character, so expect its damage output to scale with you. Play cautiously and avoid unnecessary risks. Every player needs a lot of Borderlands 4 Boosting, I suggest you go to a third-party website like MMOexp.com to buy, safe and comfortable transactions, and years of experience to ensure the security of your account.
