How to set up power of attorney

It’s not easy to think about a time when you won’t be able to make your own decisions, but it can help to be prepared.

There are a number of reasons why you might need someone to make decisions for you or act on your behalf.  If so, you will need to register a power of attorney, in advance, to give them permission.
