Don't put up with shoddy service - if you are unhappy about it the SPEAK UP. Then if you feel your problem is still not being heard, ask to register a formal complaint - you may even get a freebie or a refund just for taking the trouble.

Try using social media websites (Facebook, Twitter) as many big companies monitor what people are saying about them and you can get a much quicker response as they fear criticism.
